Dinthill Technical and Clarendon College, both semi-finalists last season, scored big wins on Wednesday as the second round of the ISSA/Wata DaCosta Cup got underway.

Roje Lane scored a hat-trick for Dinthill Technical in their 6-0 hammering of Herbert Morrison Technical at Jarrett Park.

Dinthill Technical led 1-0 at halftime through Lane's 24th-minute goal, then added strikes in the 51st and 69th minutes.

Rushan Parkinson in the 70th minute and Martin Beech in the 73rd quickly took the game away from Herbert Morrison while Tevin Cheese added a sixth goal in the 82nd minute.

Nique Daley scored twice to lead Clarendon College to a 5-0 win over Green Island High while Andre Nicholson, Javel Ellis and Lamar Walker also added goals in the rout.

Aiden Jokombo got a brace for Cornwall College in their 3-1 win over Titchfield High while Jahlami Green and Ronaldo Webster scored for STETHS in their 2-0 win over Vere Technical.

Manchester High also had a comfortable win beating Spalding High 3-0 with goals from Marlando Maxwell, Wayne Atkinson and Raniel Bertram.
