Former champions and favorites Garvey Maceo High joined first-time qualifiers BB Coke in Thursday's final of the ISSA Ben Francis Knock-out after beating six-time champions STETHS 2-1 in their semi-final game that continued at Juici Field in Clarendon yesterday.

Garvey Maceo had led the game 1-0 on Thursday when a water-logged field and lightning forced the game to be abandoned and resumed yesterday with the last five minutes of the first half and all of the second half.

BB Coke had booked their spot in their first final on Thursday with a come from behind 2-1 win over Manchester High.

Yesterday, Cleo Clarke doubled Garvey Maceo High’s lead to 2-0 adding to Marvin Williams’ first-half goal last Thursday while Delroy Blake pulled one back for STETHS to keep them in the game but they failed to get the equalizer.
