Two former champions Glenmuir High and St James High knocked out of the ISSA Ben Francis Knock-out in Wednesday's first round as their seasons grounded to an end.

Lennon High, the 2016 champions, Port Antonio High, Petersfield High and Charlemont High all advanced to the semi-finals set for Thursday, November 15th with wins.

Lennon High were the biggest winners on the day with a 5-0 thrashing of Old Harbour; Petersfield High and Charlemont High both scored 4-0 wins, over St James High and Maggotty respectively while Port Antonio High edged Glenmuir High 1-0.

In the semi-finals- Port Antonio High will face Lennon High in one game while Charlemont High and Petersfield will meet in the other game with the winners meeting in the final.

Port Antonio High ended six-time winners Glenmuir High's season with a 1-0 win as Andrew Lyne struck in the 12th minute in their game played at Carder Park as Glenmuir lost their fourth straight game to end the season.

At Jarrett Park, Ruel Miller scored twice then got sent off as Petersfield High rebounded from losing all three games in the quarterfinals to beat St James High 4-0.

Miller gave Petersfield High the lead from the penalty spot in the 16th minute after Tevin Fuller fouled Jay Jamieson and it was 2-0 in the 31st minute when Gordon misplayed a long looping ball from Devon Williams from near to the halfway line, and the ball sailed over his hands and into the goal.

Miller scored his second in the 66th minute when his shot hit a St James High defender and deflected past Holness at his near left post and Shewayne Barton who had come on as a second-half substitute added the fourth in the 72nd minute when his low hard free kick from about 22 yards beat Holness.

Miller was however set off in the 76th minute after he struck a St James High player.

Tyrece Harrison scored a hat trick to lead Lennon High in their big 5-0 win over Old Harbour High at Juici Field as Anthony Johnson, and Ricko Edwards added one each.

Ronardo Brown scored a brace for Charlemont High in their 4-0 win over Maggotty High at Dinthill Technical and Howard Barker and Darren Wildman got one goal each for Charlemont High who are chasing their first title at this level.
