There will be one change of venue in Wednesday’s second set of matches in the ISSA/Flow daCosta Cup quarterfinals as the game between Mannings School and Marcus Garvey Technical has been switched from Frome and will be played at Mannings School in Sav la Mar, starting at 3:00pm.

Eight games, all vitally important, are scheduled for Wednesday with four semi-final places up for grabs with the all-Clarendon clash between defending champions Clarendon College and Glenmuir High in Group S expected to be the major attraction in their game at Juici Field.

Both teams lost their opening games and are at the bottom of the tables trailing Rusea’s High and Dinthill Technical who will meet at Dinthill in Linstead.

Rusea’s beat Glenmuir 3-2 last Wednesday while Dinthill upset Clarendon College as both Clarendon teams were losing for the first time this season.

Both also lost again on Saturday and a third straight loss could be disasterous.

STETHS and Vere Technical will meet in another top of the tables clash at STETHS in Group R where the winner will get an inside track to the semi-finals.

STETHS lead on goal difference after their 4-2 win over Marcus Garvey at Drax Hall while Vere had beaten Mannings School.

Group Q is still wide open after both games last week were draws and today, Port Antonio High faces Petersfield at Carder Park and Seaforth and Lennon will meet at York Oval.

Surprise team Lacovia who are joint leaders in Group P will bring their magic to Jarrett Park where they face St James High who must win to save their season from crumbling after a good start.

In the other game, Paul Bogle High are gunning for back to back wins when they take on a desperate Manchester High in Mandeville.
