After a long break due to the Super Cup games, the Quarter Final round of the DaCosta Cup kicks back into high gear with seven games on Wednesday, October 29, 2014.

In Zone P, group leaders, Lacovia High tackle second place Glenmuir in the top of the round clash. The winner of this game should advance to the semi-finals with a draw in their last game. However, if there is a draw it make things intresting between both teams.

The other encounter of the day will see bottom of the pile, Cornwall College, smarting from their shocking two nil defeat to Glenmuir take on third place team Old Harbour. Old Harbour who lost their first game 3-1 to Lacovia will travel to Jarrett Park to take on the many time champions.

Zone Q: The only fixture on the table for this group will be Dinthill, play host to group leaders Godfrey Stewart. The winner in this encounter should advance to the semi-finals. Game time 3PM at Frome Sports Complex.

The Kemps Hill vs. Manchester game has been put off till Thursday, October 30, 2014 at Juici Beef Sports Complex.

Zone R: We will see defending champions, STETHS take on St. James High in the confines of their home at the STETHS Sports Complex. Look for a great game, but STETHS riding on a high from their 2-1 win over Camperdown in the Super Cup, will be firing hard on all cylinders to advance to the semi-finals.

The other Zone R encounter will see second place Petersfield, tackle bottom of the plie team, Cedric Titus. Cedric Titus having a -4 goal difference will have to win big to even think of advancing to the semi-finals. Game time is at 3PM at Frome.

Zone S, will see zone leaders Clarendon College play a depleted Garvey Maceo squad, 3PM at Jamalco. Three players received marching orders during their Super Cup encounter against Holy Trinity on Saturday at the National Stadium. The former Champions, should be very confident entering this encounter after dismissing Marcus Garvey 5-0 in their first quarter finals game.

Frome will be up against Marcus Garvey at 3 PM at Drax Hall in St. Anns in the second Zone S game. Frome, must win and win big if they plan on unseating Clarendon College.
