Ryan Miller & Rohan Scott - Photo by LIME JamaicaA mouth-watering showdown is expected tomorrow  September 30, 2013 when defending champions, St George’s College (StGC) and Camperdown High, clash in the feature game of the final round of matches in Group D of the Inter-Secondary Schools Sports Association (ISSA) Manning Cup competition at the Bellevue field, starting at 3:30 p.m.

Both teams have already met in the start of the season when they played to a two all draw when Cordell Benbow got a brace for the ‘light blues’ and Kevin Clarke and Rohan Scott scored for Camperdown.  However from there on both teams haven’t lost as they vie for a spot in the Walker Cup.

The game which is a top-of-the-table clash is not only for bragging rights but to secure a spot in the Walker Cup.  St. George’s who lost out to Wolmers last season in the Walker Cup quarter-finals, know this game is very important.

The Georgians, who lead the group on goal difference with one round of matches to go, were led on a double from the diminutive but impressive forward, Cordell Benbow.  However, Kevin Clarke and Rohan Scott is definitely a force to reckon with for Camperdown.
