The STETHS CUP is an annual pre-season schoolboy football tournament. The main objective of the tournament is to provide quality, competitive games for the top teams from the previous
season as well as to raise much needed funds for the STETHS Programme.

Each of the previous six staging has been successful in providing a clear indication as to the
likely results of the annual Manning and Dacosta Cup.

Last year, the BIGGA STETHS CUP was expanded to include eight schools playing three preliminary round games to qualify for the Championship weekend at STETHS. This change
was very successful and has resulted in even greater interest from the schools and their supporters who have made numerous requests to have their teams included in the competition.

However, we would like to retain the format for this year while we try and develop the product further.

Each team will play each other in their respective groups for a total of three games each.

The top two teams from each group qualifies for the FINAL FOUR WEEKEND at STETHS. (If lights become available at STETHS we are looking to add two pre-season Premier League games)

Games to played at FOUR (4) venues:

  • STETHS
  • The Treasure Beach Sports Park
  • At Calabar / JC / Wolmers
  • Dinthill Technical High School
  • Juci Patties – Clarendon Park

Inclusion of Television coverage for the final four weekend
