MONTEGO BAY, St James — John Rollins Success Primary won their first St James Football Association VMBS Under-13 title yester day, after beating Corinaldi Avenue Primary 1-0 in the final at the UDC field.

A flashing header from Shawn Kitson in the first half was the difference between two equally matched teams, in a game played in muddy underfoot conditions and in a steady drizzle for all of the second half.

It was a perfect season for John Rollins Success Primary, who made it past the second round for the first time since they started playing in 2005, as they won all eight games — four in the first round, both in the quarter-finals, the semis and final, conceding only one goal. READ THE REST >>
